I uploaded some photos of welded-out diff covers to the online store. These differential covers are made from 1/4″ steel plate. With bullet-proof covers like these you can bash your diffs into rocks indiscriminately. Upgrade to fabricated diff covers today!

We have redesigned the fabricated steel diff cover to be easier to assemble. The one piece folded steel body is laser cut from 1/4″ steel plate. Professionally welded in our fabrication shop by our experienced welders.

Ships with a fill plug and mounting hardware. You will need to spray paint the outer surface.

HD Lower Control Arm Mounts for Jeep TJ, LJ & XJ for Dana 30 & Dana 44

UCF is now offering replacement axle-side lower control arm mounts for Jeep TJ, LJ & XJ vehicles. This is the part of the factory suspension that’s usually first to go. They rip-off the axle on the trail and strand you at the worst possible time.

Our lower control arm mounts are fabricated from 3/16″ carbon steel plate and ship bare of paint and ready to weld onto your rig. The material is doubled up on the sides to give you a total thickness of 3/8″. They accomodate the use of the factory cam-bolts. Sold in pairs, enough to do a whole axle.

This may be the strongest replacement lower control arm mount in existance. Other companies use flimsy horse-shoe shaped tabs to hold the cam bolts steady (where all the force is really transfered in a hard brake or acceleration in 4WD). Our bracket is designed so that the cam bolt rests against the strongest part of the bracket; the part welded directly to the axle tube.

We were able to reduce pricing on our Diff Covers today after finding ways to cut production costs even further. You still get the same quality 1/4″ thick steel plate diff cover.

Our diff covers are available for the Dana 30 and Dana 44 axle housings. The complete covers ship with all mounting hardware and a fill plug. You just throw a coat of paint on the outside to match your rig and bolt it up.

These are beefy diff protection. They will protect your ring gear and resist sealing flange peel-up much better than the stock cover. Order a set today!

I should have two new products listed on the site within the next couple days. We will be offering the Dana 30 and Dana 44 HD diff covers welded and ready to install. These are the choice for those of you that want to save the time and effort of welding them yourself. The cost of these covers will be a little higher than the DIY kits. We will be announcing the price at the time of the release.

Under Cover Fabworks, LLC has designed heavy-duty differential covers for the Dana 30 front axle and the Dana 44 rear axle. As of this article they are available only in kit form. This means that you will be shipped a one-piece body and a ring. You will be responsible for welding the seams on the cover body and welding that to the ring. These cover ship with mounting hardware and a fill plug. They are by far the best value in the diff cover industry. If you are an experienced welder you can save some big bucks.
