It has come to my attention that there are lots of people out there that want no part of installing a small body lift to make room for our high-clearance skid plates.

In response to some requests for another option to accomodate a “No body-lift tummy tuck” we will be building any of our Transfer Case Skids in a slightly deeper configuration. We will add 1″ of total height to the skid. This will provide 1″ of ground clearance to a ’97-02 model or 1 1/2″ of clearance to the ’03-06 model. It will also add strength, ramped front an rear edges, a smooth flat surface to skid along on; and in the case of the 6061-T6 Aluminum skid, save weight over the factory shovel.

If you are looking for a Transfer Case Skid like this, simply order the standard skid on the website and COMMENT on the order to send a DEEP skid for use without a body lift.

These will be strictly “made to order”, so please allow a couple extra days for delivery.
