Like all of our gussets, the “UCF” Gusset is 3″ wide x 3″ tall x 3/16″ thick with a square edge. They can be used wherever suspension or cage reinforcement is necessary. Our gussets are laser-cut from carbon steel plate. Strengthen your cage or suspension mounts with style.

UCF Aluminum Roof for Yamaha Rhino UTVs

We started working on a new aluminum roof for Yamaha Rhino UTVs. It is made from one piece of .063″ aluminum and will weigh in at just over 10lbs. Look for it on the website soon!

UCF Dana 35 Diff Cover

We have redesigned the fabricated steel diff cover to be easier to assemble. The one piece folded steel body is laser cut from 1/4″ steel plate. Professionally welded in our fabrication shop by our experienced welders.

Ships with a fill plug and mounting hardware. You will need to spray paint the outer surface.

Shaved 14 Bolt Full-Floater HD Diff Cover

This version of our 14 Bolt cover is for those who want to shave the bottom bolt from the housing. By removing the lower bolt you save at least 3/4″ of ground clearance. (You will save much more if you haven’t already shaved the housing flush with the stock cover.) You are left with just over 1/2″ of sealing surface of the lower portion of the ring.

We are offering this cover welded-out or in kit form.

LOPRO Mount Bushing Material Options

I have added the option to specify the bushing material for the LOPRO mount. You may now choose from Blue Polyurethane or Black Rubber ($5 upgrade). Rubber typically transmits less vibration to the chassis.
